As Managing Director and later President of an outsourced software development company, Keith was involved in over 1000 software projects. Managing teams, managing technology, managing processes, building things to solve problems. He found it to be tremendous fun. As he reflected on where he and his teams were adding the most value, it was those projects where they were providing the CTO skillset that was missing.
